What I really liked about this Shakugan no Shana novel is that it gives us more insight on what the characters think and feel.

It covered a few episodes from the first season of the Shakugan no Shana anime - I can't remember which ones, exactly, just that they were from the first season.

And another thing I liked about it: it was really easy to read. xD

Wow. Anyone who gave this more than 2 stars really must read at the level of a 3rd grader.
This book was absolutely dreadful. I place blame both on the author for writing a story so bland I had to force myself to finish it. I also blame the translators for not improving this piece of crap in some way.
There are awful grammatical errors throughout and all regard for writing an engaging story was thrown out completely.
This is not an enjoyable story in any way. It's boring, confusing and takes itself

After defeating Friagne, Shana and Yuji's relationship takes a down turn, neither of them talking to each other. But when another Flame Haze shows up by the name of Margery, who knows what might happen to Shana and Yuji!

This book was very good, and it urges me on to want to read the next one, but there's no news on translation. I loved Margery and Marcocias roles in this book. At times, the book itself was funny!!

“Keisaku and Eita were expecting to see "the beauty in the morning" as they entered the room. What they actually saw, however, was "The Terror of the Bagworm Queen" rolling around on the floor. It was a scene far removed from the sexy situation the two had imagined.” 2 likes
