Stuck with you was your typical contemporary romance novel. To put it bluntly it was entertaining and interesting at some points, but also very predictable and just like so many others.
Paige and Ross are lawyers on the same case, but they are on opposing sides. They are both trying to help their client win in the case of an extremely messy divorce. At first they hate each other, but then they get quarantined in a hospital room together and their feelings soon start to change.

This was one of those romances that was pretty much exactly what I expected. There was nothing really original to it. Although I think it's pretty hard to write a completely original romance. The two characters, Paige and Ross, were okay, but nothing special. In addition to the forced closeness they are thrust into with their contagious disease, there is also the classic misjudgement. Paige hates all divorce attorneys, which Ross is. And there are multiple instances of her being rude to him, and...more
First up, let me just say i was and still am a little bit confused... now i understood that this book was originally released in 2001, BUT the word iPad was mentioned, which made me think that the book had been revised, but nowhere do i see that this version is any different to the original version!
Confusion aside, this was a humourous book filled with some steamy moments. And you not only got the story of Paige and Ross, but you also got the story of Paige's brother, Nick and Rachel (Paige and...more

What I think:
Overall I liked the book very much. I do not regret having read it. It is entertaining, funny and veeeery romantic. However, I there were some points that were too shallow and superficial. The only reason I cannot add this book to my favorites.
Let's start with the story: A virus, two hating people, quarantine and suddenly they’re forced to deal with each other. A good base. Not very original but with plenty of possibilities...more

My Review:
If you like fun contemporary romances, then this is a book that you will probably enjoy. This is the story of two lawyers that are on opposite sides of a divorce. As they leave the courthouse, arguing, they are caught up in a bomb blast. Then on their way to the hospital, they are caught up in a bizarre ambulance accident where they are exposed to a virus. A virus that forces them to be quarantined for two weeks. A virus which manifests itself through sexual arousal. Because of the lar...more

Could be the worst novel I've ever read. The only reason I kept on reading was so I could get finished and write a review. How sophomoric? The dialogue was more than tedious, and how many pages does the author have to devote to telling us how "hot" Rachel is? How amazing beautiful and sexy Paige is? How incredibly masculine, and sexy Ross is? Give me a freakin' break. Nauseating!! And the idea that a virus could actually cause all of this hormone-induced lust is beyond preposterous. I especially...more
Sometimes you need a quick, frothy story that lets you take a break from life. You know you won't remember it once you finish it, and you're pretty sure you aren't meant to delve too deeply into it, but while you're in it, you have fun.
Such is Stuck with You, by Trish Jensen. This is a seriously silly book, but it doesn't pretend to be anything else. You are intended to read it, enjoy it, and then pass it on to the next reader. If you enjoy the love scenes, all the better.

Paige Hart is a tax attorney who hates divorce lawyers. She's smart, witty, and a bombshell. She handles all of the legal work of the large Hart Clan across all fields of law. Paige is asked by a cousin to help her with her divorce, bring her into contact with the handsome Ross Bennett, the divorce lawyer for her soon to be cousins-ex-husband. The two continually exchange verbal barbs and are trying to one up each other. They can't stand to be in each other's company. And then the unthinkable ha...more
I loved this book it had me laughing the whole time, and I even found myself blushing occasionally. Ross is super sexy, intelligent and very caring. Paige is independent, loves her family and very smart. The author gave a lot of background on the characters which really gave them serious depth. The characters seemed so real and relate-able, it made it easy to fall in love with them. If you are looking for something with characters you’ll love—secondary as well as primary—that will also leave you smiling not only as you read but after you’ve put the book away, I highly recommend this book. One caveat: you must be willing to suspend disbelief.

It all starts with a blast as Paige Hart is fighting with the handsome Ross Bennett. She has no clue what has happened and wakes up in the hospital. Her clothes are missing and she is wearing a hospital gown. She realizes that she isn't alone but can't remember how she has got there. She decides to get up and uses the restroom when she hears a voice that she knows.

I got a copy of this from Netgalley, I requested it because it sounded really lighthearted and a nice romance story which I feel I have lacked in my reading lately. Boy, this book did not disappoint, what I didn't expect was it to be so witty. I have to commend Jenson on her idea of a disease which gives people heightened sexual awareness and for a hospital to have to stick two people of opposite sexes in the same room as the hospital was ful...more

Stuck with you is part romance, comedy, corny and legal jargan all mixed up together. A lot of sexual flirting, language and sex scenes thrown in too.
Paige is a tax-lawyer and is handling her cousin's divorce. Ross is the divorce lawyer who is handling the other side. As they are leaving the court and arguing a bomb goes off. Throwing Paige into Ross knocking her out. They are taken by ambulance that gets in a wreck where they are infected or at high...more

A fun witty romantic comedy. I love Trish Jensen's romantic and humorous approach with the two couples in this book. She has such a great sense of humor and creates very lovable characters (oh and the men are HOT!) that it brings you that much more into the story.
Paige is a tax attorney that loves her family. All infinite amount of them. She loves them so much she's taken it upon herself to give them her services in other fields of law. It's not a pleasant situation in any case for her. But she...more

What happens when the Snake meets the Shrew? An explosion for starters. This is an extremely cute story perfect for a lazy day afternoon or a beach read. Paige Hart and Ross Bennett have intense sexual tension between each other from the beginning which only gets stronger due to a combination of being quarantined together and the possibility of contracting the Tibetan Concupiscence Virus.

Stuck With You was a humorous contemporary romance. It was both cute and silly, as well as fun to read. I liked the two main characters, Paige Hart and Ross Bennett, and enjoyed their antics together. The storyline was light and funny, while still having touching moments between the two main characters. There were also several entertaining secondary characters in the story. I am glad to have had the opporunity to read this ARC through Netgalley.

This book borderlines on stupid....... two lawyers are involved in a bomb blast that results in potential contamination that has a symptom of heightened sexual awareness and are quarantined in a hospital room.............. so far neither has blood results showing actual contamination; however, that doesn't affected their heightened sexual attraction...... I'm about 1/2 way through the book (page 122 of 219 on NOOK) and that's the depth of the story...............
so okay, right after I posted the...more
Perché ho richiesto “Stuck with you” è un mistero che rimarrà irrisolto per lungo tempo, fatto sta che non mi sono pentita minimamente, è stata una bella romance rinfrescante, con happy end assicurato dopo tutto il dramma di alcuni libri che ho letto ultimamente. So here I go.

This story isn't only about Paige and Ross, it also happens to be about Paige's brother Nick and an old college fling Rachel, which so happens to be the doctor taking care of Paige and Ross at the hospital.
If things couldn't get ever weirder just from that sentence alone, hang tight because there is more.
Paige and Ross are also opposing counsel for a divorce case and they loathe each other......well maybe.

This book was okay. The reason it was just okay was it was cliche. I felt no deep connection towards the Paige and Ross, who are both confined together after they may or may not contracted some disease that makes them horny. I thought the plot was something new and refreshing but what bugged me how corny the men were. What guy says "I'm addicted to you and I cannot stop" or something like that? I know it's a romantic novel but I wished the conversation was more real.

As with all of Trish Jensen's books this book is hard to put down. It is not long into this book when you fall for these characters. Ross has a sense of humor no woman could deny was her undoing and Paige is just adorable and while brilliant in life not so much in love (the sports analogies are so cute). These characters jump off the page and make you smile and laugh. (And the Scrabble scene is not to be missed!) * The secondary story of Rachel and Nick s...more

The book tell the story of Paige and Ross who was admitted to the Hospital and forced to be quarantine together for 14 days due to "sexual" viral infection scare. It was during their stay in the hospital that both of them are strongly attracted to each other. They tried their best to overcome the matter and at times, provoking each other to cover their feelings. At the same time, the doctor who is treating them. A good holiday read.
I felt like I was watching a cheesy 80's film whilst reading this book, the story was predictable and the characters behaved in all the ways you expect them to but all together an enjoyable experience.
The premise of the book is very interesting. An explosion injures the two lawyers on opposing sides of a divorce and the ambulance taking them to the hospital infects them with a disease which causes them to fall in lust with each other. Despite the interesting premise, Stuck wi...more

I found the story line just a little bit bizarre. I found it very hard to believe in this fantasy disease that makes you super horny. It just sounded too... made up. Paige's constant denial of her feelings and belief that the disease is affecting her in spite of what her doctor said also irritated me. She's obviously an intelligent woman, would she really stay so hard in denial for her feelings that she'd believe that the disease is affecting her mind even after the doctor says she didn't have i...more

Although I firmly believe that this story is highly unlikely to happen, I still braced myself for the unexpected. And boy, was I blown away!

The plot of this book is so incredibly absurd, I was sure I'd be rolling my eyes as I plodded my way through it. But, a few chapters in, I was so taken by the chemistry that I didn't care about the ludicrousness of the story anymore. Of course, I never truly believed that this so-called "virus" was a threat or even capable of doing what it claimed to do, but it didn't stop me from enjoying the fact that the characters in the book believed it. I love books with lots of tension, especially the sex...more
