This is a fascinating book. It asked me to think about exercise in terms of how primal, practical, and playful it is. The primal section is a reminder that our bodies are not designed to sit in front of screens all day. The practical section got me to think about what functions that I want to develop through exercise in order to meet my goals. And the playful section is all about how to make exercise fun.
