Well written and very complete book on health issues and concerns for women in middle age. Hard to believe I'm at that stage, but there you go and here I am. It actually covers almost too much ground for my purpose and aims, and I found myself having to dig a little more than expected to get the answers to my concerns. Plus the author is obviously much more comfortable with hormone replacement therapy than I am.
