Pumpkin
Among my favorite picture books growing up. It survived our house burning down and has very special significance. Great animal characters (a zebra family named Zeke, Zack and Zelda Mae). Love the illustrations.

I have to add this book to my list because I LOVED it as a kid, especially the colorful illustrations. I finally found a copy and I am excited to someday read it to my kids . . .or have some of the smokers in my life read it to my kids! Lesson to be learned if smoking puts you in danger of being gobbled up by a dragon like Moe. Such a fun little adventure!!

Alas, poor Moe Q. McGlutch. Smoking (anything he could get his hands on) caught up with him, but not in the usual way.
