Eh. I didn't make any of the recipes, because I did not have time before I had to return this book to the library. The theory behind it is v. good: eat for saving the earth. Vegan recipes abound, which is good (it is hard to find a well-rounded vegan cookbook). The homage to 'mother earth' idea is a bit hippie for my tastes, but that's fine. :) The only thing I did not like, as I looked through these recipes, was that she's v. fond of a pressure-cooker.
