Great book. Fantastic story and accompanying analysis about a fictitious company undergoing a Lean transformation. Could have better had better use of visual diagrams. Incidentally, it felt as if they, being a consulting company, were trying to sell the benefits of outside consultancy, which was a bit annoying.
