Beautiful photography, lovely poetry. Jack Maze and Daniel Brooks, two botanists, share their talent and insight into both the human and natural world in this spiritual work. I especially enjoyed the bits where they talk about field work, their friendship and encounters. Brooks deals in photography that expresses color and composition. Maze finds order through words and rhythm. Together they mix perfectly, each half a book, together a whole.
