This book is brilliantly written in a way that is informative in a fun to read way. The author uses his own true to life experiences as examples in many cases to better show how to use and apply some of the fundamental principles of S.T.O.P. This book shows ways to help enhance the effectiveness within teams, tips for delivering and developing a product, how to build up the social aspect of team building, and so much more that it would take me forever to list it all!

I was delighted to receive this book from Goodreads Giveaway!

This book is a breakdown of survival principles used by many of our armed forces divisions and a triangle based on managing value, team performance, and communication.

This is a must read for anyone in Project Management.
