Bob Garner serves up a sauce-dripping from every page sandwich of NC BBQ lore, recipes, and notable "joints"!!! I loved it, seconds please. He organizes his restaurant profile from the coast to the mountains fueling the eastern style versus western style feud with plenty of hardwood. Great read, I went cover to cover in an evening. Garner is a lovable combination of storyteller and BBQ snob. His delectable writing had me craving stew and 'cue.
