I loved the children's book written by this author (and my daughter did too), and I enjoyed her in-person presentation. I didn't like this book as much. It was a bit too simplistic. While it makes some nice points and is inspirational, it was a little fluffy. She doesn't dig deeply into any topic. I know its written to be a quick read, but I found it way too quick. This was a pretty good book - but saw this speaker in real life and that was much better. Short stories from her struggles throughout her life - most of them were told on stage. Still overall ok - a few things I will take away from this book so that is good.
