If you're looking for a way to ease yourself into the holiday season, I recommend this great little book of Christmas short stories. It's a little difficult to review a book of Christmas short stories, especially since they are not all written by the same author. In other words, I enjoyed some stories more than others. However, they all left me feeling warm, fuzzy, and in need of a big mug of cocoa.

This book is my go-to on Sunday afternoons in December. The stories are sentimental without being cloying. The best story in the collection is "A Certain Star" by Pearl S. Buck. I also enjoyed "A Tree for Benji" by Harold Ivan Smith.
I have enjoyed all of Joe Wheeler's Christmas books. I have read them all.
