J. Michael Thompson did a fine job bringing together 16 saints as currents of grace, all are found in the Third Edition of the Roman Missal. The saints chosen come from a variety of contexts in salvation history.

The value of the book is seen in its content and pastoral application in knowing about some saints on the liturgical calendar, a reflection on their life and a music piece to be used for their liturgical memorial. I'd recommend it to pastors, DREs, liturgical musicians, catechists and in
