Ric Edelman's "The Truth About Money" is not the type of book you will read cover-to-cover ... It is more of a manual to be perused and flipped through.
I won't tell you where I keep my copy, but every time I browse through it I am reminded of the cardinal maxims of personal finance (i.e., save more, spend less).

Great concise guide to learning about all facets of personal finance and investing. Don't necessarily agree with everything Ric Edelman says--just found the book and decided to read it to better understand 'his' point of view in arguments of personal finance.

This book should be read along with Ric's newest book, review to follow. Very interesting, useful, practical information which should be read by anyone lacking proper understanding of personal finance - which means almost everybody! Enjoy!
