Good as a reference, not for learning.
This book provides good, broad coverage of the features available in LaTeX. It can answer most of the questions that occur on a day-to-day basis when using LaTeX.
I can never find a damn thing in this book. I know precious little more LaTeX, it feels, having read it than I did before.
