I didn't just look at the pictures, I actually read the whole thing from cover to cover. I bought it in Harbor Springs MI while on a boat trip from Chicago. Not the easiest book to lug around, so sitting on a boat was perfect. I had lots of time to read. Nice to know Felix Feneon, with whom the author collaborated, knew Seurat and was actually in some of the artwork. I was going to be scenic painter for "Sunday In The Park With George" and enjoyed the immersion into his world. It really got me r ...more
