This is a charming little play about how the imagination can translate into our real lives. Gideon and Margie are historical re-enactors in a museum about immigration in New York City. They play the husband and wife characters of Joseph and Josephine. I liked the technique the playwright used of having Joseph and Josephine address the audience directly, as if the audience is on the museum tour. There is also direction in the text for the actors to ad lib this section if so desired. The scenes ...more
