Solid work, and cleverly presented. Thurston occasionally gets snowed in by theoretical terms, and his graphics are less helpful than amateurish. His explications, however, are convincing and succinctly put. Topics range from Dickens and Henry James to M.R. James and Virginia Woolf, including good work on May Sinclair in particular.
