This is 70% rant and 30% review. Either way, this book is 100% crap.

What the hell? Seriously, what the hell? Earlier this year, I said that Taking Chances was the worst book i've read this year, but that was before I read this book. I just don't even know what to say about this book. Basically Mummert took the worst qualities from Christian Grey and Edward Cullen, and combined them all into one batshit character. If that wasn't enough, she took everything that was annoying about Bella Cullen and...more

Amazing....just freaking amazing....I loved this book so much from his POV....Teresa Mummert - Kudos to you for writing this book and filling in all the gaps on what was happening when William wasn't around Emma!

It was extremely eyeopening and I was shocked by a lot of his actions that I had no idea were coming. It was so great to get into his head...he is a dark, dark man and I hope in the upcoming books he will try to find his way to the light with the help of Emma.

Again....what an awesome, am...more

Now I have to wait for the third book... damn!

Ok...now this was better! Finally all the blanks were filled! Can't wait for the next one!

WOW! Now I think I understand the meaning of the term "anti-hero".

William Honor is the bad boy college professor who commits the cardinal sin of hitting on one of his students. But he doesn't just flirt with Emma...he throws it into high gear from day one and "goes after" her. What I mean by that is he really wants this girl...wants to possess her, wants to dominate her, wants to fuck her six ways to Sunday. Is he losing his mind? He can't think straight anymore. She makes him crazy, she...more

This review is going to be a bit vague so I don't open my big mouth and give anything away.

I really liked the first book (Honor Student) but this book is drop your panties right now and save your self the trouble later fantastic. The POV this time around is William and you find out oh so much about him and yet no matter what, he is still delicious-ness squared.

The sexy is definitely brought back with this book and feels even hotter. You get deeper into the story and there is no turning back, you...more

This is book two in the Honor Series by Teresa Mummert and what a great sequel it is. I couldn't put it down once I started reading it. Not only do you have the intense sexual attraction, and sex, between Emma and William, but there is also drama, romance, and mystery. When it comes to relationships there are two sides to every story and after reading Emma's in Honor Student (Honor Series #1) we now get to read Williams's....and man does he have a side (and then some) that shocked the shit out of me. While reading Honor Stud...more

I love this series thus far. I love how Teresa has done it from two points of view and you really can get in with the characters on both sides and see where they come from. I've read this book twice so far and will read it again before the other books are to be released.

Wicked twist with 'J' ;)

WOW, I can't even begin to articulate my emotions after reading this book. So I am going to try...

Yes, it is the same story but told from Williams perspective sounds boring right? WRONG we learn a lot about William his past and who he really is. The book is dark, raw and full of emotion. We see William so conflicted by his past and trying to keep it from Emma. He truly feels he is not worthy of her love. This book will leave you guessing how the relationship is going to play out. It leave you wa...more

Holy hell! I'm HOT FOR TEACHER!! I shouldn't be...he's all kinds of fucked up but I'm drawn to him like a moth to a flame. Why oh why and how oh how? I can't even say because it will spoil it all. Lots of questions answered while you are in William's head and all I can say is WTF?? Why do I want to be Emma right now? I don't even know I guess it's bad boy syndrome...yes, it's a condition I know it well. *sigh* You never really know someone until you are in their head. A lot is explained for his...more

There is a lot more here than at first glance. It's one of those series I'm sure I'll have to read again once the entire story is finished. Yes it's a Dom story, but something else too. Since the story is not complete at this point in time I suppose I'll have to wait to finish that chain of thought. Lots of control here but that would go without saying....anger, love, lust it's all there. Changing the pace and how the info plays out in the story line is different...not bad just different. I woul...more

ahhhhhhh...William....

After all the blanks have been filled and finally knowing what happened in Williams head when he was pushing Emma away, all I can say is that I truly fall in love in that guy. He has this really broken soul, and the things he thinks through in his head, about himself, and Emma, just really touch my soul.

"He was pleading with me like a child to to tell him everything was going to be okay. That the monster in his closet wasn’t real; but I was that monster."

Well I can say with certainty that I loved this book much more than the first one. It is the same story and dialogue between the characters but being from his point of view was so much better to me. William has some issues for sure but I love a dark alpha male. I can't wait to find out more like how he knows Emma'a aunt, what did he do to Jeff? Who else has he killed? Hmmm yes this is all from this series. Good yummy hot read that's not too long. Looking forward to the nest one!

Well...it was worse than the other!!! WTF William as such a criminal??? Sorry, but this story doesn't make sense at ALL. The author seems to just throw stuff in the mix and hopes to make it good...but it isn't! There's no harmony in the storyline and the second book, as the first one but in William's perspective, just doesn't fit the first in the series...
Nothing makes sense in this story, in some books this is a good thing, but in this one you just get a surprise after another, and they doesn't...more

I liked this book much better than the first. Hopefully we will see more about Emma's past in the next book. I find it weird that he never even wonders about her parent's and why she is so sad. I know I wonder about it :). I can't wait to read Honor and Obey.

OKAY! so it's WILLIAM's HONOR POINT OF VIEW
Again,
Again, for my first review for the first part.
THE GRAMMAR SUCKS. Really.
I hate it.
I'm bored for some reasons, I've read it, and I noticed all of the words was just edited.
Like the author just revised some of the parts. Like changing the I to SHE. or ME to HER. Just doing the opposite way. U understand what I'm referring to. If you fully analyze everything

I'm half-way into sleeping fo...more

Oh Jesus this couldn´t be creepier.
Ok if the first book was awful this one is even worst. What it looks like is, that the author took the other book and changed the pronouns. And didn´t even do a good job about it, in terms of grammar and spelling this is even worst.
It was fun for a second (believe me it was just a second) to read is POV, but then it just got scary, weird and nerve wrecking.
Come on the guy is a stalker, a drunk, a MURDERER, and a cold blooded human being in general. The guy is...more

Dear fellow readers,
if you read this book and loved/liked it, please hop on to the next review. This is going to be ugly.

You have been warned!

*My Review* (I think that this is my first review of such a bad kind of book!)

WHAT.
THE.
HECK?

What in the heck's name was this "book"?

Originally, I would give it 0.5 stars but alas, GR has only one-star ratings. Thank God I didn't get to start with the first book, because I think I would be vomiting now.

But SERIOUSLY, what was this????

William, the hero,...more

This is same story as Honor Student, just told from William's point of view. It does answer some questions from the first book, and make seem not as bad as they were. You begin to understand, he doesn't want to asshole that he is, he just can't help it. He speaks with authority and comes off as rude and yelling most of the time, and he doesn't mean to. He sees how he keeps hurting Emma's feelings, and hates it, but he can't seem to stop. You find out a little more about his demons in this book,...more

5 fuckin stars !!! You should know , this book isn't really perfect , I mean I have the same issues with it that I had with Honour teacher , but just for the fact that the entire book 1 is told from William's POV and is sooo much more twisted than Emma's POV this one's most definitely worth the read !!!

Before I get on with this review , I have some serious ranting that I need to get off my system . Here goes : William you are such a cold , distant and manipulative (sorta) bastard !!

Oh sweet baby Jesus, where do I even begin?

First, if you could mesh the first book and this book (the second book) together, you would have a well-laid out story line. Instead, you received chopped up bits and pieces of shit.

Figuratively speaking: one minute you're watching bunnies hopping through a freakin' field of daisies and then you flip the page and you're seeing the big bad wolf devouring the deer on a cold-winter's night. And you're left going, "Hmm, how in the fuck did I get here?" And...more

After reading the first book and this book, I don't think I'm going to be reading the rest of the series. This is the first series that I have ever read that I will not be following through or read the whole series. I don't think people should be comparing this series with the Fifty Shades trilogy and Gabriel Inferno's series because those two series are way better. I feel like I wasted my money and time on this book and the one before.

It feels like I'm reading a fanfiction. I have read fanfict...more

This book was certainly better than the first one on all accounts. More than that, this book helped to fill in the holes were left the end of the first book. Now, to begin with, let's talk grammar and spelling. This one was much better as far as that goes, but there are still some issues that need to be resolved in those areas. In fact, in this book those particular errors lead the reader to be confused at certain points. The author also exercised poor skill in her paragraph and overall story t...more

I know this one is only a novella but if you read the first one and liked it you have to read this one, you may think it's only a story told from Williams point of view but it is much more there are alot of nasty secrets left to come out and any of them could tear this couple apart. Without giving too much away from the first book you quickly work out that Willaim is the anti hero of the story but it is much worse than you could have ever imagined, there is a murder lurking in his past, involvem...more

I hesitated in reading this book because I didn't really like the first one all that much, but reading reviews from others about how you learn SO much more from William's perspective and it makes things make sense, and was a better read, I thought I'd give it a shot. It was worse than the first one for me.

First off, it was the same story, there was nothing all that unexpected except you find out why Mayor Stephen owes him a favor, and some of William's enjoyable activities. It was boring. I woul...more

I was a Russian spy at the ripe age of thirteen, given my uncanny ability to tell if someone was lying ( I also read fortunes on the weekends). By sixteen I had become too much of a handful for the Lethal Intelligence Ensemble (L.I.E.). I was quickly exiled to the south of France where I worked with wayward elephants in the Circus of Roaming Animals and People (C.R.A.P.). I was able to make ends m...more
