This book identifies the challenges women as well as men face in large law firms. The tryanny of the billable hour, the difficulty achieving work/life balance, the tedium of business travel, and the stress of client development. It offers no ideas on how to fix any of these problems, however, and the many quotes from practicing lawyers, while interesting, are repetitive and at times, trite.
