“The Economists’ Voice 2.0: The Financial Crisis and Health Care Reform” edited by Edlin and Stiglitz is a useful resource. I initially grabbed it thinking I would get the latest on issues related to Canadian public healthcare only to later realize this book is an American resource (it was in with other books on Canadian economics).
