Used this book for a trip to the Yucatan and wish, on the whole, I'd found a guide for that area specifically. (There is a "Top Ten" Eyewitness Guide for Cancun and the Yucatan, but I wanted something more in-depth than that.) Only thirty pages of this guide were devoted to the area we actually went to. However, on the positive side, the introductory sections on history and culture were fairly useful. However, since the book is rather heavy, I looked it over before the trip and then just left it...more
