This was interesting book. It was the story of two reporters who meet, fall in love, get married....among other things. It starts off with them already married and the husband wants to make a movie out of his life, but it would need a book first. So he asks his wife to write the book. Since it's her book, she gets to write things the way she thinks they went, not the way he likes to think they went. There's a lot of back-and-forth arguing and bantering between two very interesting journalists. I ...more

Shelves: fiction, chicklit
Don't bother. This book is way too full of "smart" things - obscure historical/political references and even more obscure literary allusions - to even be very enjoyable. Plus, it's all pretty unbelievable, in the "oh please" sense. Too smarty-pants.
