This book provides 16 vignettes that allow the reader to explore a series of concepts designed to create an action plan. This action plan is comprised of goals setting, reinventing one's self and self discovery amidst a world of surprises. The author uses personal stories alongside her clients examples to introduce a new way to think about Love. The book is humorous and easy to read.

reached that goal. Throughout my journey, I have changed the lives of many
through direct individual counseling, group workshops and seminars, and by
remaining active in the community. A native of South Central Los Angeles, I
