When it comes to Leadership, there's rarely a new twist on the subject; what it is; how it's developed and how to learn or acquire leadership. So, the title "Every Leader Is An Artist" is quite refreshing.

The Introduction started to set the scene well in a quest for this illusive quality, trait, characteristic, role, or call it what you will. If you've ever heard the phrase "Leadership is an art," you'll enjoy this book that takes that expression to its fullest conclusion.

The authors identify 12 ways leadership parallels art and they introduce chapters on each of those aspects with an art example.

It is, however, largely a meditation that will get you thinking about measuring your leadership against their criteria but it leaves the practicals of how to change your leadership up to you;
