In questo libro ci sono sicuramnete molte spiegazioni interessanti che non avevo trovato in altri libri o su internet e ci sono anche tante ricette diverse dal solito.
Però molte spiegazioni sono poco dettagliate e lacunose.
Per esempio c'è un capitolo intero sui tipi di farina ma non viene indicato con quale tipo di farina fare i rinfreschi.
Non c'è un esempio con una timeline per i rinfreschi ma viene solo indicato che i rinfreschi devono essere fatti per esempio "8 ore e 4 ore prima", non si
