Blood Lust Rising is one of the best novels that I have read in a while. Fayth Devlin has created an amazing story of vampires, demons, lust, jealousy, sex, nail biting suspense, humor, and did I mention sex? I could not put this book down and I loved every minute of it. I want more of this story. It was excellent

I'll add my two cents here. I thoroughly enjoyed the book and I am looking forward to the next two books. This book intermixes various paranormals in a delicious way. The main male protagonist--sexy and alpha--is paired with an equally alpha female protagonist. I am not really one for paranormal books but every so often I find one that makes me go darn that was good! Blood Lust Rising by the fabulous Fayth Devlin is one of those shelf keeper books.
From the very first page the author managed to grab and hold my interest. It involved action packed scenes and a passion between hero and heroine that was simply put stunning and beautifully written.

I absolutely loved this book! I found it highly entertaining amongst other strong qualities. I normally dwell on the things I dislike about a book, but there simply was not anything to fit that division. I have an attraction for books with a STRONG female main character. Fayth Devlin’s Blood Lust Rising is an explosive debut novel. It is sizzling hot. You can almost feel the slide of skin against skin; the scrape of fangs in places better not mentioned….this book defines sensual, raw and gritty. I think the best way to start off this review is to say hot damn! There is some steam in this, I loved Micah, what a man. This read has all the elements of a great urban fantasy mixed in with some romance and plenty of heat, my favourite combination. Right off the bat, I've got to tell you: This book is hot! From the very beginning, it's sexy and enticing. It's like there is this current of sensuality that picks you up in the first chapter and doesn't put you down until the last. That doesn't mean it's a dirty sex-fest, though. It's not. This book was humorous for a lot of reasons. Ella is a snarky, pain in the ass heroine who has been turned into a Living Vampire and then been abandoned by said sire Julian. I found it very hard to stay focused on the story with the poor writing style, lots of typos and sentences that just end and another one start without correct capitalization. I do understand that the author self published but I am sure that she could have found someone that would have been willing to read through it to help sort this issue out. Great story.. the author is very descriptive...more then just vampires in this first book - we got demons, werewolves and shape shifters. The demon world created well and plays an important part in the story.
The overall plot is good, character & world building is great, and the sex isn't bad at all. I am really looking forward to the next 2 books. I am dying to know how this will trilogy end

First off, I have to say this novel just flat out did it for me! From the very start, the chemistry between Ella and Micah jumps off the page. There is an intensity and completely impassioned feel to this novel. A great love story and a solid engaging plot, this is a novel that a Paranormal Romance fan will not want to miss out on.

Hell yes ladies! This was one heck of a debut novel.
I admit, I felt in the beginning like there was some history that I missed when it came to our female character, Ella. But the gaps were quickly filled in (no pun intended).

i'm not sure how i'm gonna explain this book, how i feel about it, how i reacted to some scenes...it was just not my thing i guess? This is like 50 shades but in a more intense less equipment ready and more fantasy filled erotic novel. The beginning was really promising, you know, the kind of novel that was pretty "gripping" , you're going to be expecting that you'll finish it really fast, get hooked and just let a day pass you by , but it just didn't do it...more

You can tell that BLOOD LUST RISING is going to be a great read from the first Chapter. Ella and Micah cant stand each other but also have mad attraction.
