Review (Warnings, contains Spoilers - but I will mark them so you can skip those sections if you wish:)
To me, this felt like a first draft, at best. The plot has holes so large I could drive a bus through them, the dialogue is stilted, the characters paper-thin, I could go on.
The book starts out interesting enough, and the stilted and formal dialogue fit the characters - a king and a queen frantic about their kidnapped child. We learn that the kidnapped princess is at the center of an epic proph...more
