If you are looking for a casual read that is over and done with in a day, this is most certainly not the book for you. This book is in every way that matters huge, even speed readers can expect a sizable journey to reach the end. While the length insures you get a good bang for your buck, it can be a source of frustration as it was for this reader. I have to admit that the beginning of this story completely threw me. Is it a man stuck in a little girl's body? Did they switch consciousness? Is the girl really just crazy and is herself but doesn't know it? What's going on?

Once I began reading further, things began to make a lot more sense.

Because this is the first book in a series, it's no surprise that the descriptive elements in the book are pretty long. I have an extremely short attention span, so unfortunately this doesn't settle well wi
