I have read this book several times. It's a very timely resource, since companies are being more selective about hiring people. Win the Race for 21st Century Jobs fills in the gap where colleges and MBA programs don't teach. Running your career as a CEO of ME, Inc. business, which is the theme of the book is the only way for people to survive in today's economy.
