Good quick read: As a lifelong Buddhist I learned to meditate before I learned to crawl, but this book brings the lessons that I daily use into a language that I think most people can understand.

Be who you are where you are...I'm terrible at that, but this book has good suggestions both for work and potentially for the outside world as well...And I need to sit more often!

Just started today to read this book in the hopes of having harmony and balance in my world at work. I do like some of the ideas and think they could be of benefit.

Great theories to apply to the working world, unfortunately, "been there done that". I quit working instead.
