Book Closing: My charismatic friends, when they are talking about speaking in tongues, often describe it in terms of Romans 8:26, "the Spirit Himself intercedes for us with groanings too deep for words." By this verse, they mean that by their glossolalia (the technical term for the charismatic practice of "speaking in tongues") they believe the Holy Spirit is speaking His own words through their mouths.
