Dr Oblivion has done a masterful job with this handbook. It's small format, radius corners, heavy coated stock, and backround-printed pages all speak to a well thought out project.

The guide itself is quite humorous (a quality in supervillains that the hero-centric media tends to hide) with wide-ranging advice on everything from developing your supervillain persona, suiting up, finding henchmen, and how to pick a nemesis. Helpful and instructive illustrations abound.
