Very short story. Thought it was a live couple checking on their property but it wasn't. Jen and Wilbur are with the spook patrol which seems to be ghosts scaring live thieves into live cops' custody.

This story was nearly impossible for me to rate, because it is so short that I didn’t really understand the story behind it. It really is a quick scene of Jen and Wilbur, who seem to be teenagers. They are approaching an abandoned house, where two men are heard arguing. The men have apparently stolen things and it is up to Jen and Wilbur to correct this.
The “how” of this correction is where the paranormal comes in, and this really just needed a longer story to make more sense. This seems like a

Helen Ayim lives in South Africa with her husband, two kids, and several dogs and cats. She works in a laboratory as an electron microscope specialist and counts herself fortunate to have a job so eminently suitable to someone of her temperament.
