The idea of payback, just like ambush, can have a negative connotation, but when the payback involves mutual satisfaction, it is hard to think of it as anything but positive.

This sizzling hot short story is a sequel to Ambush (reviewed here), which is itself a sequel to London's 2009 novel True Colors , but you really don't need to have read the original novel as everything you need to know about Zeke and Miles is recapped in the first third of Ambush.

Clare London should be ashamed of herself! Really! But I have to admit that keeping me addicted to two of my favorite characters is really one addiction I love to have! It’s no secret that I’ve adored the two main heroes in Payback, Miles and Zeke, ever since Ms. London gifted us with the first book in the series, True Colors. I know, I know I read the series out of order I couldn't resist! A beautiful interlude with Zeke and Miles loved it they definitely know how to have fun and heat things up. Very enjoyable I like this couple a lot they are really, really good together.

Payback's a bitch.... Unless you want it :-) another great little glimpse into Zeke and Miles' lives
Another sexy, hot, sweet interlude with Miles and Zeke. Definitely enjoying reading about these two guys!
Steamy short m/m scene in which Zeke arrives at Miles' office for a meeting but gets a bit of a surprise instead.

I think I could read about these two forever!
Love to see Miles turning the tables on Zeke. This is another typically hot scene from these two. I'm looking forward to the next one, but really wish for another full-length.
Miles sets up a legal meeting with Zeke at his office but it turns out to be just for the two of them. Zeke is given some explicit instructions and then the fun begins.
