Better than the first

Either Mackey is dumbing down some of science writing or I am beginning to remember my college courses (that's my story). Love April in Hawaii and beyond. So many different ways to take in book 3. Freedom will find a way.

Three and a half stars. Nice pacing and good character development. Some new characters are introduced and add a bit of color but the action seems a bit unbalanced. This really, really needs a good copy edit.
