I love this cookbook! The strawberry-rhubarb cake is divine, and very easy to make. The oatmeal raisin cookies are the best recipe I've tried yet. Basically, every recipe I've tried in this book has been fabulous! I love the little tidbits of information about each recipe, its origins, and the Newfoundland trivia. A great book to have in your cookbook collection, and while it has some "traditional" Newfoundland recipes, there is a lot of variation as well. Love it.
