I was looking forward to an interesting read followed, in time, by some tasting of some brews I had not tried before. The last may yet happen but lets just say I will not be working blindly from any recipes here, I will be checking quantities to be safe but more on that later.

The layout of the book is a little odd at time. In the beer making sections the equipment section comes before any recipes but for some reason this format is not followed when it comes to wine making. Here the equipment se...more
