I found 'Whispers In Williamsburg' to be a good book, suited well for the 8 to 12 year-old reading bracket. There are many historical aspects of patriotism, slavery, and political issues that will put young minds to work. I certainly liked that the entire story revolved around Christian morals and found Bible verses repeated often. I applaud the author for writing such good, clean fiction for eager readers! These were some of my favorite books growing up. They became my ideal books; Adventurous, faith building, historical, not a lot of romance, with a strong but feminine main character.
