Frost Dante, the most powerful demon warrior in over a millennia, may well be a demon with the world on his shoulders. From nightmare memories and horrific flashbacks, annoying younger brothers that come in pairs and a demon council determined to kill him and destroy his family, it's a lot to take.

Blair and Cian, virgin snow leopard shifters, were kidnapped along with thei...more

It isn’t often that I have seen demons and humor mixed successfully – but this book is a prime example of what it looks like when it works. Frost is the eldest of seven demon warrior brothers, and each and every one of them seems intent on out-pranking everyone else. Add a little mystery around the fact that they are all twins whereas he lost his brother in an accident when they were fifteen. Mix in some serious threats from a power-hungry council, and the stage is set for a suspenseful and intr...more

Although there are twins bound to one mate in this book there is no twincest in any way, shape or form.

Frost is a strong demon warrior (Guardian). He is more powerful than anyone knows, but it is a power that he has to keep hidden to protect his family. Now, he meets his mates; the ones that he was told he would never have, and a foreseeing that foretold a new future comes to light. Blair and Cian are res...more

Be forewarned that this is a menage story. All right. Demons are the good guys, the protectors of the supernatural world. There are lots of different kinds of supers out there. The biggest, baddest demon is Frost Dante, an ice demon who due to having lost his counterbalancing twin, Fever, now has elements of both fire and ice within him, making him the strongest being out there. Because of that the demon council deems him to be a threat, so since they can't kill him, they go for the next best th...more

I'm not giving this book a number rating right now because it wouldn't be fair. I read about 1/4 to 1/3 of the book and had to put it down because It irritated me so much. I like the concept of the demon twins & I was really looking forward to reading this book. The Good: What I have read had some funny snarky parts that were good. The different powers were interesting & I liked the rescue sceen.
The Bad: Maybe it's me, but I found the scenes introducting all the brothers a little confusi...more

You know those books that make you groan and bang your head on the nearest hard surface repeatedly? This was one of those books. Yet I loved it. Okay, loved might be a bit of a stretch, but it was so damn fun and entertaining to read I couldn't help the four stars.

For someone who didn't find this as fun, this would probably get maybe around a 2 star.

I can probably list the things that dragged this book down so much and reach the character limit, but as I enjoyed this so much, I'd prefer to keep...more

This was a 3.5 star but I rounded down because it sounded like so many other paranormal genre. I may end up just bad mouthing this one because it annoyed me on many levels.

Too much crying... by EVERYONE. The shifters, the demon, the demon's, brothers, father, mother... I don't think there was a dry eye in the house.

The other thing that annoyed me was what the heck was the point of Frost almost getting "his head cut off" in a sword fight and then he turns around and totally demolishes almost all...more

Heart of Ice (Demon Souls #1)
There really is nothing better than a good book and a big mug of tea on a rainy day, which is often needed when considering the wet weather in Wales. She is rarely found without a book of some description on her person and a notebook, she can always be seen scribbling and doodling while lost in thought about sometimes random nonsense or day dreaming about alternate worlds of fiction. Real life may...more
