”Ears ringing with whistles and explosions
Eyes stinging with grit and fatigue
We’ll never be those men who marched up
Such a short time ago
As we march out to rest.”

Once my biggest literary fear, verse novels are now my biggest craving and challenge to find. I now crave the simple, poetic magic of words laced together with power and grace that can bring a story alive with so few words. Pure word magic that takes my breath away!

Author of fiction from short stories to epics, designer of award-winning book covers, lover of travel and ice cream, Jordan finds it easier to write a novel than remember to keep up a blog. Her new series, Lightfall, spans eight novels mixing historical fantasy, dystopia, and more than a few zombies in a saga as thrilling as the Wild West.
