BLOODRIGHT picks up right where BLOOD LAW (book 1) leaves off. Falon has just been given to Rafael’s brother, Lucien, as payment of Blood Law. Rafael killed Lucien’s true mate years ago, who he believed to be a Slayer, but Lucien claimed she wasn’t and wanted Blood Law enacted, which basically means an eye for an eye. Instead of being given the chance to kill Falon, the council decides that since there’s doubt on both brothers’ cla
W-O-W Lucian is SMOKING!

I loved this one MUCH better probably because it centred around Lucian and Falon. I mean yeah Raf is nice, but Lucas, dang, he's sexy!

He oozes sex appeal, hotnesses and mystery.
How can you not be attracted to that, he is well appealing, interesting and gorgeous!

And that ending? Wow, did not see that coming. Falon Groton my nerves a little but. She couldn't be happy with Lucian, or even Raf. She wants both of them. Some trio relationship with two BROTHERS. I mean two bro

After nearly a year of impatiently waiting I finally got to read what happens after “all hell broke loose.” The wait was worth it. Bloodright is an amazing follow up to Blood Law. The book starts off at a quick pace and the action, emotions and revelations just keep accelerating. Be prepared to not be able to put this book down until the very last page!

Going into the second book in Karin’s Blood Moon Rising trilogy I was determined not to like Lucien. I loved Rafael and Falon as a couple. Their

Bloodright (Blood Moon Rising Trilogy #2)

by Karin Tabke

The coming of the Blood Moon will lead two Lycan packs into war, spur two rival brothers into conflict, and spark an act of vengeance so evil that its effects will be felt for generations.
One woman stands at the center of it all...

After years of waiting, the Blood Law is at last avenged. Lycan Alpha Lucien Mondragon takes revenge on his brother, Rafael. Lucien is poised to slay Rafael's life mate, the Lycan/Slayer half-breed Falon- but canno

Here I thought theirs no way I'll even come close to liking Lucien, but my mind and body played tricks on me. I Love HIM!! Great story line and awesome as heck characters! The Hero and heroine are kick ass! Nice come back from the first novel and well worth waiting nearly a year to finally read it.

One con for me was the transforming into their uh "beasts" and doing the dirty,it was done twice, but I got over it cause the novel was GREEEEEAT!

Damn I feel like I betrayed Rafa!

In Bloodright, author Karen Tabke weaves an exciting, tension filled tale of a Lycan nation on the brink of war and the very discordant, intense emotional dynamics between three Lycans. This story had my heart twisted up in all sorts of directions because of the intensity of the heartache, pain and love came screaming off the pages in this book. Add in the intensity of the plot against the Slayers who want to destroy the werewolves and you have a recipe for a superb story.

Bloodright by Karin Tabke
A Blood Moon Rising Novel #2

Entering the second book in Karin Tabke’s Blood Moon Rising series, we start off exactly where the first book ended. For those of you that haven’t read the first book , I strongly recommend you start at the first book. The first book ends in a cliffhanger, and the author doesn’t spend any time rehashing the foundation of the story from the first book, and you just might find yourself a bit lost.

Based on every other review I've read, I'm totally cranky or reading a different book than everyone else read. The first book of the trilogy was a guilty pleasure. This one was, IMO kind of a mess with some dubious consent, inconsistent characterization and (for me) squicky wolf-human sexual situations.

I'm including spoiler tags even though I'm going to talk in generalities JIC.

4 Stars! Bloodright picks up immediately where blood law ended. I love Lucien.*sigh* He's a manipulative, bossy, ruthless, sexy bad boy alpha that is essentially a tortured soul. I waited forever (about a year) for him and he didn't disappoint. 3 stars are just for him. Beware he is tattooed, pierced,(both in the nether regions - yep down south ladies) and can be a huge jealous a-hole at times. When I say jealous I mean Lucien is seriously jealous of Rafael. He just want to be loved and all that ...more
OMG, what can I say. Outstanding. If you want action, romance, and erotica, you have got to read this book. Don't pick it up, if you are going to be squeamish. There are some very bold situations in this book. She put the first book to shame. I cannot believe how it ended. It is sin to have to wait till December for the final book. I am so Team LUCA and RAFA!! I would like to know who her father is, maybe we will get that in the last book. I take my 5 stars back, 6 stars Ladies and Gentleman :DD ...more

This book was the death of me!! OMG!! I can’t believe what I just read! And to be clear, the 5 stars are for Rafael and Lucien and NOT for Falon! I have to admit that Karin Tabke really knows how to write an AMAZING book full of adventure and passion! “Bloodright” is the second book in the Blood Moon Rising series and I have to tell that I couldn’t put it down!

In this book Falon is forced to leave Rafael and go with Lucien and be his mate. Falon at first doesn’t want this development but soon th

Quick & Dirty: A woman torn away from the man she loves only to be drawn into the bed of another.

Opening Sentence: Lucien grabbed Falon to his chest before Rafael could touch her and whirled away from him deep into the safety of his pack.

Bloodright is considered a paranormal erotic romance. The “paranormal” is there, along with lots of scenes that get the “erotic” stamp of approval. It’s the drama queen romance that is to

Frankly, I don't know what to say except, that Karin has done it again. When I finished Blood Law, the first book in the series I felt like I had been in the book. I was stunned and felt dazed. Then slowly came to my senses and rushed to the computer to get the next book. When I saw it would not come out until next year, I felt like I've been punched in gut. After that KILLER cliffhanger how could I wait so long?? I was talking to my friends for days about how much I loved it, and how the waitin ...more

First off, I will say that I was a huge fan of the first book. Karin Tabke pulls no punches in this passionate and animalistic erotic romance. What I loved about the first book is its dark and sinful alpha men, Rafael and Lucien and the lone woman who stands between them.

BLOODRIGHT continues off where BLOOD LAW ended. Falon now belongs to the dark and dangerous alpha of the Mondragon clan, Lucien, her former lover’s brother. Things are a complete mess in the be

I was not quite sure what to expect when I started this book but the premise of twin wolf shifters fighting over a mate had me intrigued. Lucian Mondragon is a pack alpha that has lost almost everything. His parents were killed in front of him as a child, his chosen mate was later killed right before his eyes by his twin brother. Rafael is the Vulkasin pack leader fighting to keep the chosen mate he so dearly loves. Falon, a half breed lycan and

"Hearts are meant to be broken,Falon, just as they are meant to heal and love again." -Lucien in Bloodright

Falon was her fun free spirited bold self as usual. Tabke made her heroine just the way i like them. Fun, Fearless and female, Falon is never afraid to take a stand and fight and that is why i love her. I fell hard for Lucien... I mean come on who could not love him he is the epitome of a Badass shifter. I love

What a good series, it’s too bad I have to wait for the next one…again! I took me a bit to get into the story because I read the first book so long ago but after that hiccup I was reading at a fast clip. Yes, read them in order, yes the end is a ‘to be continued’, YES they are well worth the wait.

Falon is a kick ass heroine. She wants her cake and I’m guessing [please] she will eat it too in the next book. LOL!

Lucien is the bad boy. The dark half of the twin set with the

Bloodright continues right where Blood Law left off. This is definitely a series that you need to read in order as it follows one main storyline and three central characters. Blood Law was about the budding love between Falon and Rafael but now its Lucien’s turn…

The Blood Law has been avenged but not in a way any of them foresaw. Falon is ripped from her love, Rafael, the alpha of pack Vulkasin, and given to his vengeful twin brother Lucien Mondragon. Unable to imagine a life without Rafael and

OMGOODNESS!!! Emotional rollercoaster all the way through!
Ok this 2nd installment takes you back into the world of Falon, Rafa, & Luca. The rights of the Blood Law will be avenged. But as you are thrust into this crazy, angry, decadent, sexy, erotic world, you see something that you didn't expect was possible. The dawning of a new love. While different, is just as passionate if not more. And so many things are at stake now. What will become of these 3, not to mention the world of their packs

Karin Tabke has created a fascinating dystopian fantasy in her "Blood Moon Rising" series, inventing a primeval culture both vividly and compellingly depicted. Her mythologized races of Slayers and Lycan are riveting, her characterizations powerful, and plots mouthwateringly complex.

Rafael Vulkasin, Lucien Mondragon, and Falon Corbet are back for another pulse-pounding heart-wrenching round, battling inner demons, mortal enemies, and each other. These three main characters are deeply flawed but

Bloodright is book two in the Blood Moon Rising Trilogy and what a great sequel it was to Blood Law (Blood Moon Trilogy #1) by Karin Tabke . I think I went through every emotion reading this book. My heart is so torn between Lucien and Rafael. At times I was so frustrated with Falon...well, all three of them really...I just wanted to slap someone. Imagine my husbands surprise when out of the blue I slapped him.

I'm really loving this trilogy and highly recommend these books. My only advice is you might want to wait till after the third one co

Update: So I was patiently waiting to get this book 2day when I read Jess's review for Happily-Ever-After....OMGGG!! This is the direction the author took????...she has me soooooooo afraid to read it now, epspecially since I LOVED Blood Law, and Rafael, and Lucien is who she goes with(sucks my teeth) and then the conclusion at the end (another cliff hanger arghhhhhhh) with she running off with ANOTHER MAN!!! DAMN!!
*Halfway through the book, 4AM*
Love that we get to see how Luca actually loves her and isn't just all about vengeance. Love the jealousy since that's my fav. drug in any love story.
Okay, now since I have to sleep sometime, I skiped forward to see parts here and there. *Crying and running around "nyaaa nooo" TTOTT* Bad Rafael, I think I'm gonna hate him. DON'T LOVE HIM!!! *crying some more* Okay I think I should go to sleep, and cry some more while sleeping? Maybe. Anyways I'll write more on how

In Bloodright, book 2 of the Blood Moon Rising Trilogy by Karin Tabke, we welcome back our host of characters from the first book. This time however, we focus more on Lucien rather than Rafael, like the last book. We also actually get to see a different side to each of the Alpha males than what we've previously seen.

I really enjoyed this book, not however as much as the first one. I loved how we got to see a different side of Lucien than we previously saw, but hated how he continuously question

These books are making me soooo mad! I hate love triangles, they are horrible for everyone involved, the only love triangle that sort of worked was in Twilight and that involved Jacob ending up with Bella's daughter - which is kinda wierd. Falon should not be allowed both Rafa and Luca, that would be a stupid ending and I really hope that it does not happen. Personally I want her to be with Luca, bad boys are always more attractive. (Spoilers) Then Fenrir shows up and whisks her off and these bo ...more

Busy mother of four, owner of her own successful business and wife to a street cop, she harbored thoughts of twisting plots and hot romantic scenes. Now, with only one child left at home and hubby retired from law enforcement, Karin happily pounds out those steamy scenes at her keyboard.
