This is a fun book! But at the same time it is a book that allows you to reflect on things about yourself you probably never questioned or had time to explore. The Secret Me Book is a journal that helps you discover your secret self by allowing you to answer all kinds of interesting questions or do various activities, such as drawing. I found questions I never thought to ask myself:

-You have one year to do whatever you want. What do you do?
-If you could open a store, what would you sell?
-Imagine...more

I love this book and it's cover. It is so bright and cheerful that it begs to be picked up and hugged.

A few weeks ago I received a review copy of this journal. As I was opening the envelope, I called out to my daughter that I had received a new book. Being a teenager, she usually rolls her eyes and says "whatever" with a emphatic Kiwi accent. This time she actually walked into the room, took one look at the book and grabbed it out of my hands and said, "this one's for me", then left the room wi...more

4.5 Stars

What a great little book. This was much more than I expected it to be. I thought it would be one of those diary types of books we filled out in junior high with our favorite colors and flavors of ice cream. But this book is deep! If you really take the time to do the exercises, you can learn a lot about yourself.

The book encourages you to scribble on all of the pages as much or as little as you like. The authors also encourage you to skip pages if you aren't interested, or come back lat...more

The Secret Me Book is a journal-type book that prompts you to think about what makes you the person that you are. Through activities, prompts and ideas, the authors will guide you to self-recognition.

I really enjoyed this book. I haven't filled it all in yet, but I've made a good start. I love that there are no rules to filling out this book. You can fill it out in order or randomly. You can use a pen, pencil or crayon if you want. You can even type of the responses on your computer, print them...more

The Secret Me Book makes you dig deep to find the answers. This isn’t you have to share with others; you can keep it a secret but make sure you answer it honestly. You’ll be surprised by how your answers could change over the years. This is just some of the things that you’ll find inside The Secret Me Book.

-Is there a day you wish you could do over?
-When the world ends and the shock of being the last person alive wears off, what simple pleasures would you search high and low for? Twinkies, hot s...more

MY THOUGHTS
ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT

What a wonderful journal to discover your inner most thoughts and discover exactly what you want from life. I have seen many books like this that promise to help you learn what you really want but this one delivers! There are fun exercises that help you picture what you want to achieve and then help guide you on to the steps necessary. You could even just take a few of these pages to use at a party to start conversations. The questions to ask yourself range from lig...more
