This volume had some nice twists to it not present in the series thus far (i.e. are the Kurogane and Fai in the Country of Shura the real ones or are they copies that only exist in that country? If they're the real ones, what's happened to them?) We also get a hint that Yuko might be a little more good than neutral.
I'm kind of confused, though, about the nature of Syaoran's sacrifice to Yuko. Sakura clearly loves Syaoran, so why is it that her memories only disappear when she thin More...

So I actually found this in a thrift store and it was only 4$:) The volume had a lot more information handed out on the world that they were currently in, but left a cliffhanger in the end. I usually don't enjoy cliffhangers so I was pleasantly surprised when I enjoyed it.

The story of Ashura and Yasha always fascinated me and in this setting especially. The fights were beautifully drawn, as usually, and the cliffhanger ending would have made me want to scream and yell if I hadn't had the next volume in the series at hand already. One of my favorite volumes in the series.

This is another volume with an interesting story line, but it's so taken over by "running and fighting, running and fighting" that I was quite bored with the whole thing.

This series rocks! I like the "white pork bun" Mokonda and Fay the hyper spazz magician. ^____^

Some of the battle scenes were hard to make sense of due to the art and lack of color.

This is as far as we've gotten in the anime. I love this time travel bit of the story. The translation notes about the two "gods" is also fascinating.

Okay, what the fudge? I mean I know they liked each other, but what the freak? What the heck was the war really about? I don't understand. I swear this is exactly how I feel at the end of every volume.

Probably my least favourite volume so far. The story of Ashura-Yasha drags a bit and there's too much fighting for my taste.

It's almost to the point of revealing what Syoaran is. I almost don't want to know...

Whenever they try to get Sakura's feather back, there's always some problem.
