I’ll admit, haven’t tried too many recipes from this book. But the one I did try was incredible! I wish I had more time to experiment with some of the other recipes. The food looks delicious and the recipes easy to follow. If you want to try whipping up Arab food, I’d start with this cookbook.
Traditional and more contemporary recipes from the Mediterranean, Lebanon and others. All that food feels so fresh. I tried grilled eggplant with pomegranate dressing, it was very good. I would consider buying this cookbook.
