A bit too technical for a cursory, summer read (which is what I'm looking for at the moment). Furthermore, the main thesis in this text centered around the welfare state model in respect to an ageing population - a subset of European socioeconomics I'm just really, really not interested in. Important, yes. Stimulating, not quite. Furthermore, I have a feeling that as of this autumn, I'm going to be reading a LOT of books like this (le sigh) so I want to spend my summer reading the fun (or, more ...more
