‘A vow to keep’ is a beautifully constructed story that captures the essence of the hurt that can be inflicted upon our hearts when we promise something that was never meant to be. Kathleen has illustrated this well, with characters that are relatable and inspiring. We should never forget that the bible teaches us to ‘let our ‘yes’ be ‘yes’ and our ‘no’ be ‘no’. This story is a timely reminder though, that no matter how badly we mess up ‘life’, God always provides a life-line.

Kathy lives in Kwazulu Natal, South Africa, where the summers are hot, the winters cool, and bugs thrive. ...more
