GREAT story!! It really makes you respect the sacrifice the entire family makes when sending a soldier to war to fight for our freedom. I appreciated how raw David was in describing his experience coming home from an injury and the determination required in creating a new normal. It was great to hear his wife, Kim's, perspective!

A great story showing the resiliency of the human spirit, the drive that those who serve that, even if they are injured most still want to be in. I thought the store line flowed well. It was a book that you wanted to know what happened next.

This was interesting and inspiring, showing how the spirit can overcome adversity and how courage can enable one to continue on one's preferred life path. I enjoyed it.

It was so interesting to me to read a book by somebody whose world view is so similar to my husband's.
