Who's in the Farmyard?
Who wakes up in the morning to a cock-a-doodle-doo? Peek through the holes to see which animals are greeting the day around the farm. There are pigs oink, oink, oinking and goats bleat, bleat, bleating. Who else has been woken up by the noisy rooster?

This book grew on me. I didn't care for it at first as I thought the graphics were too busy, but after reading it a second and third time appreciated it's fun rhymes and peek-a-boo style. It is a fun read for an older baby and has lots to look at for the toddler or even young child.
A slightly larger than normal board book. It's colorful, appealing, has a question that is asked over and over (great for audience participation), and farm animal sounds. It's fun to use in a baby storytime group, but would be even better if it were a larger book.
