Another great addition to the Hamilton Sister’s series. This story is about Paulette Hamilton who works at her family’s bookshop. She is a very strong and independent woman who has ambitions and goals. One of those goals is to open another bookshop. Paulette has no time for romance in her busy life until Declan Reeves walks into her store. There is an immediate attraction between the two and Paulette is also drawn to Declan’s daughter Mara. This was a pleasant historical romance novel. I didn't have that spark of an unputdownable book, but certainly it was a nice way to spend a few hours.

She would walk to the little public library in town and choose books as if they were delicious treats in a candy store. She...more
